Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has called on Nigerians to strengthen their commitment to unity, peace and collective responsibility as the country marks its 66th Independence Anniversary. He said Nigeria’s progress depends on citizens and leaders working together, while recognising the resilience of Nigerians despite the country’s challenges.
Aiyedatiwa also urged Nigerians to promote patriotism, respect one another and contribute positively to national development. His message centred on the idea that nation-building is a shared responsibility involving government, communities and individual citizens.
